Pōhutukawa shed flowers and leaf through summer rather than autumn, which catches people out. If your property has them close to the roof, a late-summer clean is worth more than the usual autumn one. We will suggest a schedule that matches what is actually over your roof.
We do residential units, townhouses and small blocks, usually arranged through the body corporate. Larger high-rise buildings are not something we take on. Send us the address and we will tell you straight away whether it is within what we do.
Compact single-level homes start around $172.50 including GST, standard homes run $218.50 to $264.50, and two-storey properties start at $280 for external gutters. Coastal properties are not priced differently — the salt affects what we look for, not how long the clean takes.
We can give you an honest read. Once a gutter is cleared the base metal is visible and it is usually obvious whether you are looking at surface rust with years left in it or perforation that will only get worse. We photograph it and quote replacement separately if it is warranted.
